The Waterloo Wellington Local Health Integration Network (WWLHIN) Board of Directors meets regularly. Please check the calendar of events page for meeting dates, times, and locations. Meeting dates are posted not less than four weeks in advance of the meeting. To accommodate time-sensitive decisions, discussions, and scheduling requirements, please note that meetings may be cancelled or additional meetings may be scheduled.
Board Meetings are open to the public.
Final Board Meeting agendas, minutes, and materials from past meetings are posted online and linked below. Draft meeting agendas and materials are posted online the Friday before each meeting, which is the same time materials are sent to the Board Members. Materials are subject to approval or amendment at the Board Meeting. Any additional or revised Board Meeting materials are posted online within 24 hours after the Board Meeting.
Members of the public are invited to attend the open portion of Board Meetings to observe the proceedings or to make a presentation to the Board. Individuals wishing to present are required to register ten days in advance, so that their attendance can be reflected on the meeting agenda. Presenters may address the Board directly for up to ten minutes, and may only appear once during a six-month period.
